Employment Opportunity!!!

Ballard Dairy and Cheese, LLC is looking for a full time employee to assist head cheese
maker. We are a small farmstead / dairy / cheese plant operation interested in an employee
who retains these skills, qualities, and the ability to perform various strenuous tasks…

·         Assist cheesemakers

·         Must be able to routinely and repetitively lift and carry 45+ pounds

·         Organize and maintain inventories of products and supplies

·         Pull and move product in, around, and out of cooler

·         Clean and maintain facilities

·         Help load and deliver product to customers (locally)

·         Package cheese and pack orders for shipping

·         Most days consist of long periods of standing, walking, lifting and various repetitive
motions

·         Quality focus and detail orientation are a necessity

·         Dependable, accountable, and punctual

·         English speaking

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday approximately 7:00am – 4:30pm. Other arrangements
considered.

Pay: $10.00 - ?? Depends on skill (After 90 days  Medical Ins. Full time only )
Looking for some Part Time
Helping when needed for packaging & making cheese ( all the above )  
Pay : $8.00 Hr.- up ( depends on skill)

Farm & Dairy Work
Farming, Feeding Cows,  Milking & cow health
Pay : $8.00 - (up depends on skill)
