At the Ballard Family Dairy, in Gooding Idaho, we proudly
create our cheddar cheese and cheese curds (squeaky
cheese) in small, handmade batches to ensure the finest
quality and richest taste. The milk we use is from our own
small herd of Jersey cows. Be assured they are not treated
with rbST and are given a great deal of individual care and
attention, all resulting in a delicious cheese that you and your
family will love!

A variety of fresh Ballard cheddar and curd cheeses are
available individually or in gift baskets at our online store.
